Maryland High School Football - Magruder defeats Springbrook

In Friday's league match, the host Magruder Colonels football squad scored a good 21-12 victory over the Springbrook Blue Devils.

In their next game, the Colonels clash with the Watkins Mill Wolverines (Gaithersburg, MD) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 8. Magruder will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Wolverines enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 47-0 non-league loss to Northwest (Germantown, MD).

The Blue Devils (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Einstein (Kensington, MD). The Titans enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Einstein dropped by Damascus (Damascus, MD), 44-12, in a non-league match.
