Louisiana High School Football - Union Christian Academy trounced by Sharkey Issaquena Academy

The Sharkey Issaquena Academy Confederates walloped the host Union Christian Academy Lions football team by a count of 54-6 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Sharkey Issaquena Academy upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Confederates host Humphreys Academy (Belzoni, MS) to encounter the Rebels in a non-league outing on Friday, September 15. The Rebels go into the outing with a record of 1-2.

With the loss, Union Christian Academy moves to 0-3 on the season. The Lions travel to Tallulah Academy (Tallulah, LA) to encounter the Trojans in a MAIS 8-Man 1A District 2 (8 Man) outing on Friday, September 8. The Trojans go into the outing with a record of 2-2. Tallulah Academy lost 70-32 in their recent non-league outing against Briarfield Academy (Lake Providence, LA)
