Nevada High School Football - West Wendover knocks off White Pine

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the West Wendover Wolverines (West Wendover, NV) and the host White Pine Bobcats (Ely, NV), observed West Wendover's football squad thwart White Pine by a count of 12-0.

The Wolverines now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Coral Academy of Science - Reno for a 2A Northern match on Friday, September 8. West Wendover will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 42-14 non-league loss to Los Molinos (Los Molinos, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-2.

The Bobcats (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Dayton (Dayton, NV). The Dust Devils enter the non-league match with a 2-1 record.
