North Carolina High School Soccer - Wilmington Christian Academy nudges Lejeune

The Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots soccer team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Lejeune Devil Pups to 1 in the Patriots non-league victory on Friday.

Next, the Patriots face the Liberty Christian Patriots (Durham, NC) in a NCCSA AA District 3 - East Region contest, on Tuesday, September 5. Wilmington Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 9-0 league win over Hilltop Christian (Fuquay-Varina, NC).

The Devil Pups now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host North Duplin for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 5. Lejeune will face a Rebels team coming off a 7-3 non-league loss to Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC). The Rebels record now stands at 1-2.
