The Perquimans Pirates volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Bear Grass Charter Bears to 0 in the Pirates non-league victory on Friday.

The Pirates now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North East Carolina Prep for a Four Rivers 1A game on Tuesday, September 5. Perquimans will meet a team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Hobgood Charter (Hobgood, NC). The record now stands at 0-1.

The Bears (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Eastern Christian HomeSchool (Washington, NC). The Trailblazers enter the non-league game with a 3-0 record.
