The Rams now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Iowa for a non-league game on Friday, September 1. Westlake will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hamilton Christian (Lake Charles, LA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-0.
The Gators (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Vinton (Vinton, LA). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Vinton dropped by Eunice (Eunice, LA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
