The Somerville Yeguas volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Dime Box Longhorns to 1 in the Yeguas non-league victory on Friday.
The Yeguas now have a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Faith Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 5. Somerville will meet a Knights team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TX). The Knights record now stands at 8-7.
The Longhorns (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Aggieland HomeSchool (College Station, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 8-12 record. In their last game, Aggieland HomeSchool dropped by The Woodlands Christian Academy (The Woodlands, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
