Colorado High School Volleyball - Genoa-Hugo/Karval edged by Kit Carson

The Kit Carson Wildcats held off the host Genoa-Hugo/Karval Pirates volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Friday's non-league test.

The Wildcats now have a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springfield for a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. Kit Carson will confront a Longhorns team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Kim/Branson (Kim, CO). The Longhorns record now stands at 1-1.

The Pirates (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Simla (Simla, CO). The Cubs enter the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Simla was nudged by McClave (McClave, CO), 3-1, in a non-league test.
