California High School Volleyball - Mission Hills over San Diego

The Mission Hills Grizzlies (San Marcos, CA) volleyball overcame the host San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA), 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Mission Hills upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Albany (Albany, CA) to face the Cougars in a non-league outing on Friday, September 1. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 11-4. Albany won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Bethel (Vallejo, CA)

The Cavers now own a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Monte Vista for a non-league outing on Friday, September 1. San Diego will face a Monarchs squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Chula Vista (Chula Vista, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 1-3.
