The St. Paul Swordsmen volleyball team (Santa Fe Springs, CA), was dropped 3-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Pioneer Titans (Whittier, CA)

The Titans (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary (Montebello, CA). The Cardinals enter the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary was dropped by Sacred Heart of Jesus (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Swordsmen meet the St. Monica Mariners (Santa Monica, CA) in a Camino Real challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. St. Paul will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Mariners enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 3-2 league win over Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary (Montebello, CA).
