California High School Volleyball - Valor Christian over Placer

In Friday's non-league contest, the Valor Christian Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) volleyball squad knocked off the host Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Yerington Lions (Yerington, NV) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 1. Valor Christian will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Lions come into the contest with a 6-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Coral Academy of Science - Reno (Reno, NV).

With the loss, Placer drops to 5-5 on the campaign. The Hillmen travel to Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV) to battle the Miners in a non-league contest on Friday, September 1. The Miners come into the contest with a record of 5-2. Bishop Manogue won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV)
