The John Glenn Little Muskies soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Bishop Rosecrans Bishops to 1 in the Little Muskies non-league victory on Monday.

The Little Muskies now hold a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to River View for a Muskingum Valley bout on Thursday, September 4. John Glenn will encounter a Black Bears squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Loudonville (Loudonville, OH). The Black Bears record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, Bishop Rosecrans drops to 3-2 on the season. The Bishops host Liberty Union (Baltimore, OH) to face the Lions in a Mid-State - Buckeye contest on Wednesday, September 3. The Lions enter the contest with a record of 5-1. Liberty Union won 8-0 in their recent league contest against Fisher Catholic (Lancaster, OH)
