The Bulldogs host KIPP College Prep (Washington, DC) to battle the Panthers in a Public Charter test on Saturday, September 17. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 2-1. KIPP College Prep won 30-2 in their recent non-league test against Anacostia (Washington, DC)
