The Seneca Fighting Irish held off the host Salt Fork Storm football team by a final score of 37-35 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Seneca improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Fighting Irish host Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman (Georgetown, IL) to confront the Buffaloes in a non-league outing on Friday, September 16. The Buffaloes go into the outing with a record of 0-3. Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman lost 62-7 in their recent non-league outing against Iroquois West (Gilman, IL)

With the loss, Salt Fork moves to 2-1 on the season. The Storm travel to Iroquois West (Gilman, IL) to confront the Raiders in a non-league outing on Friday, September 16.
