Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host St. Paul's Girls Gators (Brooklandville, MD), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cavaliers face the North Point Eagles (Waldorf, MD) in a Southern Maryland challenge, on Tuesday, September 13. Calvert will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record.

The Gators now have a 0-1 record.
