West Noble Chargers (Ligonier, IN) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Manchester Squires (North Manchester, IN), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Chargers confront the Lakewood Park Christian Panthers (Auburn, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 12. West Noble will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Woodlan (Woodburn, IN).
The Squires now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Tippecanoe Valley for a Three Rivers challenge on Monday, September 12. Manchester will confront a Vikings team coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Elkhart (Elkhart, IN). The Vikings record now stands at 2-5.
