The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Summit Shasta Black Bears (Daly City, CA) and the host Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS (San Mateo, CA), saw Summit Shasta's volleyball squad beat Hillsdale by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Summit Shasta upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Black Bears travel to Aragon (San Mateo, CA) to play the Dons in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 10. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Aragon won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA)

The FIGHTING KNIGHTS now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league bout on Monday, September 12.
