Next, the Midgets confront the Father McGivney Catholic Griffins (Glen Carbon, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 13. Freeburg will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Griffins enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Marquette Catholic (Alton, IL).

The Wildcats now possess a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Vernon for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 13. Salem will confront a Rams team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Murphysboro (Murphysboro, IL). The Rams record now stands at 1-6.
