West Virginia High School Soccer - Linsly knocks off Wood County Christian

Linsly Cadets (Wheeling, WV) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Wood County Christian Wildcat (Williamstown, WV), 9-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cadets confront the Weir Red Riders (Weirton, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 15. Linsly will attempt to better on its 9-0 season record.

The Wildcat now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Caldwell for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 13. Wood County Christian will confront a Redskins team coming off a 9-2 non-league win over John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV). The Redskins record now stands at 6-3.
