Georgia High School Softball - Marist bounces Archer

The Marist War Eagles routed the visiting Archer Tigers softball squad by a final score of 11-2 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The War Eagles (7-3) will now prepare for their battle against South Forsyth (Cumming, GA). The War Eagles go into the non-league battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, South Forsyth topped West Forsyth (Cumming, GA), 9-3, in a league battle.
The Tigers now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to North Gwinnett for a non-league battle on Monday, September 12. Archer will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Creekview (Canton, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-4.
