Colorado High School Softball - Lamar Palmer Ridge

The Lamar Thunder (Lamar, CO) softball the host Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO), 4-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Thunder (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Canon City (Canon City, CO). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Canon City nipped Sand Creek (Colorado Springs, CO), 6-4, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bears play the Lewis-Palmer Rangers (Monument, CO) in a 4A Pikes Peak contest, on Monday, September 12. Palmer Ridge will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Rangers come into the contest with a 10-3 record after their 18-7 league win over Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO).
