In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Mark Keppel Aztecs volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Alverno Heights Academy Jaguars.
The Aztecs (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Covina (Covina, CA). The Colts come into the non-league battle with a 6-7 record. In their last battle, Covina went down by Gabrielino (San Gabriel, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Jaguars encounter the Ramona Convent Tigers (Alhambra, CA) in a Soledad battle, on Tuesday, September 13. Alverno Heights Academy will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 8-5 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Poly (Sun Valley, CA).
