California High School Volleyball - Poly can't hold off Ayala

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Ayala Bulldogs volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Poly Bears.
The Bulldogs (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Bonita (La Verne, CA). The Bearcats come into the Palomares battle with a 11-1 record. In their last battle, Bonita nudged Alta Loma (Alta Loma, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Bears clash with the Elsinore Tigers (Wildomar, CA) in a Ivy battle, on Tuesday, September 13. Poly will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 3-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Chino Hills (Chino Hills, CA).
