California High School Volleyball - Bishop Diego can't hold off St. Joseph

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host St. Joseph Knights volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Bishop Diego Cardinals.
The Knights (5-9) will now prepare for their battle against Mission Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA). The Royals come into the Central Coast Athletic battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Mission Prep was edged by Trabuco Hills (Mission Viejo, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Cardinals encounter the Chaminade Eagles (West Hills, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 10. Bishop Diego will attempt to advance on its 4-8 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 13-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Pacifica (Oxnard, CA).
