Ohio High School Volleyball - Bucyrus over Mapleton

September 10, 2022: Ashland, OH 44805

Bucyrus Redmen (Bucyrus, OH) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Mapleton Mounties (Ashland, OH), 3-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Redmen battle the Carey Blue Devils (Carey, OH) in a Northern 10 match, on Tuesday, September 13. Bucyrus will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Blue Devils come into the match with a 6-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Riverdale (Mt. Blanchard, OH).

With the loss, Mapleton drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Mounties host Danville (Danville, OH) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league match on Monday, September 12. The Blue Devils come into the match with a record of 2-4. Danville lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Northmor (Galion, OH)
