In Saturday's non-league contest, the Pine Bluffs Hornets (Pine Bluffs, WY) volleyball squad were winner over the host Burlington Huskies (Burlington, WY), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Hornets battle the Mitchell Tigers (Mitchell, NE) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 15. Pine Bluffs will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record.

With the loss, Burlington moves to 1-1 on the year. The Huskies host Riverside (Basin, WY) to battle the Rebels in a 2A Northwest contest on Friday, September 16. The Rebels go into the contest with a record of 6-4. Riverside lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Tongue River (Dayton, WY)
