The Caruthers Blue Raiders topped the host Denair Coyotes volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Blue Raiders now have a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Avenal for a non-league test on Saturday, September 10. Caruthers will confront a Buccaneers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Sierra (Tollhouse, CA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 6-8.

The Coyotes (3-9) will now prepare for their test against Delhi (Delhi, CA). The Hawks enter the Southern League test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Delhi was knocked off by Calaveras (San Andreas, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
