The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Columbia Bruins (White Salmon, WA) and the host Goldendale Timberwolves (Goldendale, WA), saw Columbia's volleyball squad beat Goldendale by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Columbia upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Bruins travel to Elma (Elma, WA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, September 12. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Elma lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against La Center (La Center, WA)

The Timberwolves now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cle Elum-Roslyn for a 2B EWAC West bout on Tuesday, September 13. Goldendale will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Columbia (Burbank, WA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.
