Kentucky High School Volleyball - Franklin County can't hold off Cooper

September 10, 2022: Frankfort, KY 40601

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Cooper Jaguars volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Franklin County Flyers.

The Jaguars (12-2) will now prepare for their battle against Ryle (Union, KY). The Raiders come into the District 33 battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, Ryle was edged by Mercy (Louisville, KY), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Flyers encounter the Southwestern Warriors (Somerset, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 10. Franklin County will attempt to advance on its 10-7 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 8-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Boone County (Florence, KY).
