The Parsons Vikings volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Crest Lancers to 0 in the Vikings non-league victory on Saturday.
The Vikings now have a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlington for a non-league game on Saturday, September 10. Parsons will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Louisburg (Louisburg, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-4.
The Lancers (8-2) will now prepare for their game against Iola (Iola, KS). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Iola gained a win over Waverly (Waverly, KS), 2-0, in a non-league game.
