The Little Wound Mustangs held off the visiting Crow Creek Chieftains volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pine Ridge for a A Region 7 test on Tuesday, September 13. Little Wound will confront a Thorpes team coming off a 3-0 league win over Todd County (Mission, SD). The Thorpes record now stands at 3-2.
The Chieftains (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Pine Ridge (Pine Ridge, SD). The Thorpes enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record.
