In Saturday's non-league contest, the Fayetteville-Manlius Hornets (Manlius, NY) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Westhill Warriors (Syracuse, NY), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Hornets face the Baldwinsville Bees (Baldwinsville, NY) in a SCA- Empire contest, on Monday, September 12. Fayetteville-Manlius will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Bees go into the contest with a 8-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Our Lady of Mercy (Rochester, NY).

With the loss, Westhill moves to 6-3 on the year. The Warriors travel to Cicero-North Syracuse (Cicero, NY) to face the Northstars in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 10. The Northstars go into the contest with a record of 2-1. Cicero-North Syracuse won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Corcoran (Syracuse, NY)
