StoneBridge Cavaliers (Chesapeake, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Fredericksburg Christian Eagles (Fredericksburg, VA), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Cavaliers battle the Episcopal Maroon (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 10. StoneBridge will attempt to advance on its 14-1 season record. The Maroon come into the match with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA).

With the loss, Fredericksburg Christian drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Virginia Academy (Ashburn, VA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 20. The Patriots come into the match with a record of 6-6.
