With the win, Palm Springs upgrades its record to 1-5 on the year. The Indians travel to Rancho Mirage (Rancho Mirage, CA) to play the Rattlers in a Desert Empire bout on Tuesday, September 13. The Rattlers go into the bout with a record of 2-9. Rancho Mirage lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Brawley (Brawley, CA)

The Indians now own a 14-10 record. They play next when they travel to Santa Fe for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 10. Fullerton will play a Chiefs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA). The Chiefs record now stands at 12-6.
