In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Pueblo County Hornets volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Harrison Panthers.

The Hornets (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO). The Thunder come into the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Discovery Canyon achieved victory over Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Panthers clash with the Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 10. Harrison will attempt to advance on its 2-9 season record. The Thunder come into the battle with a 4-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO).
