The Marquette Manor Baptist Academy Minutemen (Downers Grove, IL) volleyball overcame the host Westminster Christian Warriors (Elgin, IL), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Marquette Manor Baptist Academy upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Minutemen travel to Portage Christian (Portage, IN) to face the in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 10. The go into the outing with a record of 0-1.

The Warriors now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to South Beloit for a Northeastern outing on Tuesday, September 13. Westminster Christian will face a Sobos squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Alden-Hebron (Hebron, IL). The Sobos record now stands at 2-7.
