The Moors go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Alhambra lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Rowland (Rowland Heights, CA)

The Wolves now own a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roosevelt for a Big VIII match on Tuesday, September 13. King will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Corona (Corona, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-2.
