In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Le Sueur-Henderson Giants volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Totino-Grace Eagles.

The Giants now have a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sibley East for a Minnesota River test on Monday, September 12. Le Sueur-Henderson will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Central (Norwood-Young America, MN). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-2.

The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Blaine (Blaine, MN). The Bengals enter the Northwest Suburban test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Blaine gained a win over Coon Rapids (Coon Rapids, MN), 3-0, in a league test.
