In Saturday's non-league contest, the North Bend Central Tigers (North Bend, NE) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, NE), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Grand Island Central Catholic Crusaders (Grand Island, NE) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 10. North Bend Central will attempt to better on its 11-0 season record. The Crusaders come into the contest with a 7-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Doniphan-Trumbull (Doniphan, NE).

With the loss, Lexington drops to 2-10 on the campaign. The Minutemen travel to Lincoln Christian (Lincoln, NE) to battle the Crusaders in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 10. The Crusaders come into the contest with a record of 2-4. Lincoln Christian lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Lincoln Lutheran (Lincoln, NE)
