In Saturday's non-league contest, the Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Wolves battle the New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL) in a Central Suburban contest, on Monday, September 12. Niles West will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Trevians go into the contest with a 7-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL).

With the loss, Taft moves to 5-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Lincoln Park (Chicago, IL) to battle the Lions in a Chicago Public Red North contest on Tuesday, September 13. The Lions go into the contest with a record of 4-3. Lincoln Park won 2-0 in their recent league contest against Lake View (Chicago, IL)
