In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Pendleton Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Westside Rams.
The Bulldogs (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC). The Rams come into the non-league battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Hillcrest lost by Dorman (Roebuck, SC), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Rams encounter the Cardinal Newman Cardinals (Columbia, SC) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 10. Westside will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Cardinals come into the battle with a 24-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Ben Lippen (Columbia, SC).
