The Windward Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Whittier Cardinals to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Saturday.

The Wildcats now have a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Canada for a non-league game on Saturday, September 10. Windward will meet a Spartans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Fullerton (Fullerton, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 10-2.

The Cardinals (6-6) will now prepare for their game against Saugus (Saugus, CA). The Centurions enter the non-league game with a 18-0 record. In their last game, Saugus gained a win over Rio Hondo Prep (Arcadia, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
