The La Habra Highlanders flag football squad scored 36 points and limited the visiting La Mirada Matadores to 12 in the Highlanders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the defeat, La Mirada drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Matadores host La Serna (Whittier, CA) to meet the Lancers in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. The Lancers come into the test with a record of 2-3. La Serna won 19-12 in their recent non-league test against St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA)
