The Oceanside Pirates edged the host San Pasqual Golden Eagles flag football team by a score of 14-13 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Pirates face the Ramona Bulldogs (Ramona, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Oceanside will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.

The Golden Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Montgomery (San Diego, CA). The Aztecs enter the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Montgomery was edged by Chula Vista Learning Community Charter (San Diego, CA), 32-0, in a non-league challenge.
