The North Stars tipped the visiting Bakersfield Drillers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Stars confront the Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, September 12. North will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over South (Bakersfield, CA).
The Drillers (1-2) will now prepare for their game against East Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA). The Blades enter the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, East Bakersfield held off Arvin (Arvin, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
