In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Lutheran Lions volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Mullen Mustangs.
The Lions (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Valor Christian beat Horizon (Thornton, CO), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs play the Chatfield Chargers (Littleton, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Mullen will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
