In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Phillips Loggers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Prentice Buccaneers.

The Loggers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Rib Lake (Rib Lake, WI). The Redmen enter the challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Rib Lake got by Chequamegon (Park Falls, WI), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Buccaneers meet the Chequamegon Screaming Eagles (Park Falls, WI) in a challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. Prentice will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Screaming Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Abbotsford (Abbotsford, WI).
