With the triumph, Brooke advances its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Steubenville (Steubenville, OH) to clash with the Big Red in a Ohio Valley (OVAC) test on Thursday, September 12. The Big Red come into the test with a record of 3-0. Steubenville 2-2 in their recent league test against Dover (Dover, OH)

The Red Riders now have a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host John Marshall for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. Weir will clash with a Monarchs team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Oak Glen (New Cumberland, WV). The Monarchs record now stands at 3-4.
