With the triumph, Cabell Midland moves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to St. Albans (St. Albans, WV) to clash with the Red Dragons in a Mountain State test on Thursday, September 12. The Red Dragons come into the test with a record of 2-5. St. Albans won 11-2 in their recent league test against Riverside (Belle, WV)

The Big Reds now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winfield for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. Parkersburg will clash with a Generals team coming off a 2-2 non-league Robert C. Byrd (Clarksburg, WV). The Generals record now stands at 3-2.
