Farmington Knights (Farmington, MO) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Central Tigers (Cape Girardeau, MO), 4-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Farmington moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Knights host Fredericktown (Fredericktown, MO) to clash with the Black Cats in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Black Cats come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Tigers now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sikeston for a Southeast Missouri test on Tuesday, September 17. Central will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Bishop DuBourg (St. Louis, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-1.
